Yes. Each product has a downloadable Instructions for Use (IFU) on its page and embedded in all quote PDFs.

Do your brushes meet AAMI ST79 recommendations?

Yes. Our guidance aligns with AAMI ST79 for manual cleaning, lumen brushing, and transport handling.

Can I access IFUs digitally?

Absolutely. Every IFU is online, searchable, and can be accessed through QR links or your quote file.

Are your products reusable or single-use?

It depends. Each product page and IFU clearly state whether the item is single-use or validated for reuse with cleaning instructions.

Do your products have expiration dates?

Some do. Products like tags, protectors, and single-use brushes will include shelf life info on the label and IFU.

Can I request SDS (Safety Data Sheets)?

Yes. SDS documents are available upon request for applicable items. Contact us and we’ll send the PDF.

What if our team needs proof of compliance for a survey?

Do your tags and protectors go inside the sterilizer?

How do I know if a brush is compatible with steam sterilization?
